CRISP (Continual Renewal and Improvement of System Performance) is a holistic
approach to managing. It is a comprehensive and flexible system to help you improve quality/productivity/safety. CRISP will
improve your culture so you can serve your customers better. The CRISP system results in people working together in teams
to solve system problems. Traditional management theory strives to “meet specifications” and get the most out
of your existing system. CRISP teaches managers and technical employees how to study and improve your systems so it operates
“on target with minimum variation.” With CRISP your people will learn and apply profound knowledge. They will
embrace continual improvement so it will become the way your people think about work.

How we do it
We can start CRISP by completing a
$ystem Assessment Visit and Evaluation. After
we have completed $AVE, we present our findings to your management team with a plan of how to start and sustain CRISP in your
company. This gap analysis will show where you are compared to where you need to go. We know what successful organizations
do to apply continual improvement in everything they do. We help you learn about and improve the following:
Culture. It is a well-known fact culture drives or impedes the performance of any organization. How people think, act and
behave toward each other impacts how they work together and with customers. We have the ability to measure the culture and
sub-cultures in your organization to determine if they are working positively or negatively on your performance. We provide
a plan to define and create your "ideal" culture.
Teams. Basically, there is no place in
business for people to practice the skills they need to function on and as a team. We know how to let your teams evaluate
their performance and practice team skills. The fact is, most organizations defeat teams and teamwork through their existing
management structures that discourage teams from working together - until now. We have spent years learning how to help people
obtain and improve the interpersonal and rational skills required to be an effective team member. You may already have teams.
