The circumplex is used to graphically display your group style. Teams don't have a way to critically
analyze just how well they perform. The Group Style Inventory (GSI) takes the mystery out of understanding if your team is
working from a constructive mode or defeating its purpose by working with a defensive or aggressive approach to
solving problems. The GSI can also tell you how committed team members are to the solutions the team creates.
We have shown that teams with a profile in the upper half of the circumplex develop better solutions to problems.
How do your teams perform? We can help them understand team dynamics and how to improve the quality of their problem solving
efforts.
"I really enjoyed this workshop and believe it was good value." Supervisor ABB
"I
think this is a great approach. I also feel that if this gets implemented we will see fast results." Supervisor, Callaway
Golf
"I like the team concept as defined in this training. The type of team concept I have seen in the past
is that of a paradigm of management and not what was used in the CRISP workshop. I believe this is type of teamwork could
resolve problems as well as open doors between management and the work force." Hourly employee, Fort Dodge Animal Health
